Long-only US equities accessed through structured products (FCNs and accumulators) combined with hedged positions to manage downside.
Positions executed through private banks in Singapore — providing institutional-grade counterparty quality and access to OTC structured products not available on retail platforms.
Two core instruments in use: Fixed Coupon Notes (FCNs) for income generation, and Knock-Out Discount Accumulators for equity accumulation at a discount.
Consistent track record demonstrated by Fund Managers with over 15 years of market experience across US and Indian equity markets.
Profit sharing of 70:30 in favour of the investor — verified and certified by independent third-party auditors.
Expected annualised return of 20% and above, derived from the discount at entry on accumulators and daily call option premiums collected as a mitigation overlay.
The investor enters a contract to purchase a specific US stock or ETF daily at a Strike Price that is typically 10–22% below the current market price. This discount is locked in from day one. The contract runs for up to 12 months unless the stock breaches the Knock-Out ceiling — at which point it terminates with profits crystalised.
An income-oriented structured product where the investor earns a fixed coupon, provided the underlying stock stays above a certain barrier. FCNs complement the accumulator strategy by generating steady income during sideways or mildly bullish markets, smoothing overall portfolio returns.
Alongside each accumulator, the manager sells daily call options on the same underlying shares, collecting daily premiums. These premiums effectively reduce the investor's cost basis below the Strike Price — further enhancing the discount and keeping the position within the "best case" scenario even during mild drawdowns.
All positions are executed through regulated private banks in Singapore — including Bank of Singapore and Société Générale — as OTC counterparties. This ensures institutional-grade settlement, physical share delivery, and daily mark-to-market transparency via official trade confirmations.
Prince Daniel is a senior investment professional with 17+ years managing US equity portfolios, specializing in identifying emerging market trends before they reach consensus and building high-conviction positions around them. His process combines deep fundamental analysis — earnings quality, balance sheet strength, competitive moat, and valuation — with structured product integration, using accumulators to scale into positions at a discount and FCNs to enhance yield. He actively hedges tail risk through options strategies (protective puts, collars, spreads) to protect capital without exiting core conviction trades. Prince has delivered a verified 20%+ annualised return over a rolling 5-year period, consistently outperforming benchmark indices on a risk-adjusted basis.
